Samui Paradise Village


In this area, we are building well-arranged, high-quality houses with an attractive design. Our Project Manager is always on site and monitors the construction. All our houses have an open design with inserted spotlights in all rooms. The work top and bar counter are made of granite and the white goods in the kitchen are of stainless steel. You can choose yourself which kind of wood you prefer for the kitchen fitments. AC is standard equipment in all rooms and the water-cooler comes in handy when you get thirsty. All windows and doors are made of light-resistant and tinted glass in order to shut out the sun and prevent insight.

No leasing costs exist in Samui Paradise Village. The only fee we charge is a service charge from 65 US dollar a month, depending on the size of your house. However, we can also offer cleaning and care of your pool, and if you want to pamper yourself on your holiday we have a supplementary agreement offering daily cleaning, washing up etc.
Wireless broadband is available in the whole of Samui Paradise Village through. For a fixed monthly cost, you can surf the Net without any time limitations. Each house also has a satellite dish making it possible to watch satellite TV.
The main road on Koh Samui goes around the whole island, and takes you to Samui Paradise Village in fifteen minutes from the airport. The local road in the area is five meters broad and made of concrete, with drainage canals for rain water and cables for electricity and water supply under the ground. The water is taken from several, recently built cisterns which are placed along the road up to the area. Under each house, there is a separate water cistern to secure water supply, and a three-compartment septic tank for waste water.
Approximately five minutes’ walk from Samui Paradise Village a spa resort is under construction, which in the future will offer spa treatments as well as a restaurant. This building site is however neither something you hear nor see from Samui Paradise Village. Otherwise, you can find a wide selection of service establishments, shops and restaurants in the seaport Nathon, situated at the foot of the area.
We collaborate with interior designers, who will assist you creating the look and feel that you want for your property. All aspects of design, furniture, textures and colours can be arranged with you. The outdoor gardens will be designed and installed by a Swedish company, whose owner lives in the development.
